COBRA Golf officially introduces the new 3D Printed TOUR Irons. Following the success of the COBRA LIMIT3D—the first fully 3D-printed iron launched in June 2024—these new irons are designed to offer incredible performance, forgiveness, and a sleek, classic look.

Why 3D Printing?

By using advanced 3D printing technology, COBRA has created a club that delivers both precision and playability. Each iron is made from 316 stainless steel using a high-tech process called Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS). This allows for intricate designs that wouldn’t be possible with traditional forging or casting. The result? A player’s blade that suits golfers of all levels—from pros to mid and high handicappers.

Built for Performance

The COBRA 3D Printed TOUR Irons are similar in size to the forged KING TOUR irons but with a slightly smaller blade and thinner topline. What makes them unique is their internal lattice structure, a feature only possible through 3D printing. This design reduces club weight by 33%, allowing engineers to shift up to 100 grams of extra weight lower and deeper in the clubhead. The payoff? A lower center of gravity (CG) and higher moment of inertia (MOI), leading to better stability and forgiveness.

Beyond weight distribution, the lattice structure makes the iron stronger, enhances sound and feel, and improves overall performance. The strategic use of tungsten in the heel and toe areas further boosts forgiveness, making these irons as easy to hit as game-improvement clubs, without losing the look and feel better players love.
